Dash of black pepper and salt
½ pound of penne pasta
1 Tbsp. of olive oil, extra virgin
1 onion, small and thinly sliced
1 ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, smoked and grated
1 ½ cup of roast chicken, cooked and shredded
1 cup of Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. of rosemary, fresh and roughly chopped
3 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour
2 ½ cups of milk, whole
2 cloves of garlic
